A group of employees of the Life Insurance Corporation of India, came together with an idea of having permanent residences for fellow colleagues, in Panvel. The employees who are staying in government quarters during their service tenure, always dreamt of a permanent home in Mumbai, hence this was a dream project for them.
Developers of high repute were invited with proposals for development of a mini township for over 1000 flats. After a rigorous selection process, Superb Group was selected to make this dream a reality.
For execution of this pretigious project, Superb Maa Infra And Housing LLP was formed by Mr. Sugat Waghmare, Dr. Milind Kamble, Mr. Vishal Dave and Mr. Vaibhav Wankhade - all the promoters having rich experience in various facets of the real estate development sector.
